Edu. Social Work Degree
The unique program of organization was started by the visionary Pt. Nagar. The educational Social Work aims at developing a social outlook and dignity of labour among the prospective teachers and awakening their interest in environment and social welfare and motivating them for working with the local rural community. The pupil-teachers are awarded an "Additional Honorary Degree" after the successful completion of written theory and practical work .
Another Special feature, Block Teaching (Open Air Session) of one week duration is also organized by the college every year as a part of internship program of the prospective teachers aiming to make the B.Ed program realistic and giving first hand experience of all the school based activities.
