The Institution is run by Janrdan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeet Kul , Udaipur and D.El.Ed Course recognized by N.C.T.E and affiliated to Panjiyak ShikshaVibhagiye Parikshaye Bikaner. The Organization was founded by great educationist Pt. Janardan Rai Nagar at Udaipur in 1937. The institute was started in 26-7-2005 in the memory of Pt. Haribhau Upadhyaya former chief minister of while Ajmer - Merwara state and Education Minister of Rajasthan Government. The day to day functioning is managed by Haribhau Unit.

Two year D.El.Ed. (B.S.T.C) Course is being run in the campus. According to the norms of Directorate of Primary Education of State Govt. is preparing teachers for elementary education. In addition to the activities a one week Bharat Scouts and Guides camp is held in Pushkar Valley every year and S.U.P.W camp is organized in the institution.
Fees - The fees for the course are charged as per the fee schedule decided by the State Government.
